Warranty: Most Apple products come with a one year manufacturer's warranty.  AppleCare, a warranty extension, can be purchased from the Apple Store.

Reseller Liability: Kennel Bookstore reserves the right to set priorities in delivery and to cancel orders at any time.  Kennel Bookstore shall not be responsible for price decreases.  All sales are final and no refunds will be made.  There are no warranties or guarantees except the manufacturer's limited warranty.  Kennel  Bookstore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages in the use of Apple products.

Eligibility to Purchase: Use of the Apple Store for Education is for students, faculty and staff of California State University, Fresno only.

Software Return Policy: Software purchases may be exchanged or returned in 3 days with a valid receipt and package still sealed. All unsealed packages are non-returnable.

Help Desk
Up and Running Support for new Macs is available directly from Apple.  This information is included with each new computer.

After this period, support is available from the ITS Help Desk.  The Help Desk provides general computing and communications support to the campus and is available to answer questions about electronic mail, the internet, telephone and voicemail services, and some specific applications for the PC, Macintosh, and Unix platforms.
Students can contact the ITS Help Desk by accessing the web page at for FAQs and troubleshooting tips.  CVIP customers should contact 278-1111 ext. 1 for billing questions or ext. 2 for help desk support.   If the previous page of FAQ's did not resolve the problem you are having you can call 278-7000.
